The old buildings on the Panamalaan 11-13 plot will be replaced by the stepped building with a height of up to approximately 60 metres. The investment, a design by architectural firm Diederendirrix, involves a total of 243 rental homes with living areas of 39 to 55 m². The Cohesion Fibonacci will operate 194 apartments.
